Once you’ve secured your reservation through our website, we’ll send you a Thank You for Your Reservation email shortly after booking—we’re so excited to host you! Two days before your check-in, you’ll receive a follow-up email with everything you need for a smooth and stress-free arrival. This will include clear directions to the home, a detailed digital guidebook with information on how to use the space, available amenities, helpful house tips, and local recommendations, as well as your personalized self check-in key code created just for your stay. You’ll also receive a contact phone number so you can easily reach us if you have any questions or would like to give us a call. Our goal is to make you feel welcome and at ease from the moment you arrive, so you can relax and truly enjoy your stay. We can’t wait to host you! 🏡✨

We have 2 outdoor parking spaces in front of the home. There is no garage.

Our neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing. Just a 5-minute walk down the street, you’ll find a large park with a great playground for kids and a spacious track that’s ideal for walking or getting some fresh air.

Yes! we have been pet friendly since the beginning. We are proud owners of a standard poodle and could not imagine leaving him behind. Pet limit of 2 small/medium well behaved dogs. Our pet charge is 75 dollars pet stay.

We can rent the homes for up to 90 day stays. Mid-month cleanings are scheduled to make sure our homes stay clean and fresh!

Yes, both our yards are fully fenced in.
